There was no sign of the indifference seen so often these days. Anthony Wilson, the Service Advisor I was provided was very much the same - making sure it was my needs that were being met. You rarely see this type of treatment any more and takes me back to the days when people and companies took pride in their "first impressions" and focus on the customer. Great Dealership - Great Staff - Great Experience After seven years and over 140,000 miles on our car, we knew it was time to get a new car. We did not however really relish the idea of taking on a payment again. On July 2nd, we came to Klaben Ford on a referral and asked to speak to Rich Klaben. We did not have an appointment but he came out to speak to us. He, along with our salesperson Danny Sawyer, spent over a half hour talking with us about our questions and needs and offered advice and guidance. With the payment we told them we wanted to stick to and the Ford Escape we were interested in in mind, Danny spent about seven hours from start to finish with us! Even staying after the dealership closed to get the car finalized! He was not only patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of our particular situation, but he made the day fun by talking and joking around with us and our kids! To make car buying fun, along with staying in the budget number we gave him for the car we wanted, says a lot about how hard HE and THIS DEALERSHIP works to help their customers! I cannot say enough good things about Klaben Ford or Danny Sawyer! We got a great price on our trade and walked out with a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape! The next day Danny sent a picture of my kids with our old car and one of all of us with the new car. A few days after that we received an Edible Arrangement thanking us for our business!
