First I e-mailed the dealership to see if the car i saw on the site was still available and they said yes. They were closed the next day so the dealer I spoke to moved the car to a place I could easily find. * I didnt see it* So I called him on his day off and he sent me an e-mail telling me he was sorry and he also answered my million and one questions about the car. Then I went in to look at it the next day. He had it parked right near the door key in hand and met us at the car we didnt have to go looking for him at all. And he shook our hands right off the bat. He was very patient with me while i looked at the car. Then we took it for a spin and we started talking shop he was willing to deal with me a female. Last dealer ship wasnt they were rude the whole time. Then my dealer took me on a test drive It was love at first shift. I told him i would have to talk to my dad because he makes all the decisions in my family so they set a time to meet the next day. My mom and dad took it for a test drive and loved it as well. From there it was fast going did i mention the dealer interacted alot with my 9 year old answering questions for him. Anyways once we decided we wanted the car everything went fast and smooth and we were out of there within about a hour and a half with me having a new car. Everyone we met was polite they didnt lie to us and they didnt pressure us at all. And they were very willing to work with us to meet our needs. I will go back to the dealership again for my next car and hopefully my same dealer will be there. More

We purchased a Certified 2015 Ford Explorer and Klaben made the whole process a joy! Her service advisor was Mike Brandvold, he is always courteous, friendly and professional. Since my wife works in Kent, Klaben drove her to work and picked her up from work and back to the dealership when her car was ready. On a side note, I recently purchased a new Mustang from Klaben and had a small issue which their service department handled even though it was a couple minutes past their closing time. Mike went above and beyond what I expect in customer service. My family and I really enjoy the service department and refer others to the dealership. More
