Don did a great job of explaining a variety of functions of the car, the warranty, their services and so on. Also, Don is very nice. When I drove my car back home, I did not bring my GPS with me. I live about one hour driving distance from their store. Don is very kind to drive his car and navigate me to go back home. It was great working with Don Batten and Tom Nicodemus.
