new car sales I have dealt with many car dealerships over the last 54 years,and Klaben was the best i have dealt with. My salesman DON BATTEN was extremely helpful, I have dealt with many car dealerships over the last 54 years,and Klaben was the best i have dealt with. My salesman DON BATTEN was extremely helpful,knowledgeable,and friendly. He went out of his way to help me buy a Lincoln MKS. He stay over after hours to get the car ready for me to take home. As i was getting ready to go home i told Don that my older brother was going to be very happen that i bought a Ford product because he retired from Ford. Don said can you get Z pin # from my brother? I said yes and he said he would see if Klaben would redo the deal. They redid the deal and it save me $2,455.00 Don Batten and Klaben both went out of their way to save me money. Model Dealership My entire family including my grandparents, my mother, my uncle and boyfriend have leased/bought a car from this dealership. They have amazing sales associates and because of that we haven't gone anywhere else to get a car. I knew walking in I would have a great experience and leaving I was surprised how it went better than I expected. What was really good to see was that Ty Davis and Roscoe Woodberry worked together.
