How many times can you put the word Trust with a car dealership? You CAN here. T for Time. Jeff took so much time with me to help me find the exact vehicle for my needs. R for Reliability. When Jeff said he was going to call he did, when he said he was avidly looking for a fit for me, he was. U for Understanding. Jeff not only understood my needs but he understood ME and what I needed. S for Sincerity. Jeff sincerely wanted to help me find what was right for ME. He seemed sincerely happy for me when HE found me my vehicle. T for Truth. I did not feel like I was being pitched to. Jeff was truthful and did not pull any punches. Frankly speaking the finance ladies (Christine and Laura) were great. It was more like a party than a paper signing session. I not only got a vehicle but Jeff helped me find something that ENHANCED my LIFESTYLE. Not just a car. You can't put a price on that. Well I guess you can, and they had a great price! I enjoyed that I was not pushed or hard pressured into buying. I was able to drive different models to make sure I was satisfied before making a decision. I had looked at other dealers and makes but I felt like I was being treated as family at Klaben. The follow up has been great, making sure I knew the different features of the car. Purchase of my new car. I entered the dealership and was greeted by Jim Wilson. I was searching the inventory all weekend and came in to drive the escape and the fusion sinc I entered the dealership and was greeted by Jim Wilson. I was searching the inventory all weekend and came in to drive the escape and the fusion since I liked sitting higher in the Escape but the ride comfort of the fusion. I have previously owned a 2004 Escape XLT and a 2007 Fusion SEL. Jim quickly found the 2014 Escape I wanted to drive which was great but the minute I got into the 2014 Fusion, I knew that this was the perfect vehicle for me. It has all the technologyand the navigation system that I was looking for. The 10 way power seat allows me to sit high and is very comfortable. The engine is just as powerful if not more powerful than the V-6. After deciding on the Fusion, I was greeted by Roscoe who helped go over the financing options. I took a few days to think things over. Jim and Roscoe called the next day to see if they could answer any questions. On May 8, my husband drove the fusion and loved it also. Jim was very patient as he went over all the options in the vehicle and also set up the sync for my phone. Christine helped us with the paperwork and also was very kind explaining our options. I would recommend Jim and the staff at Klaben highly. More
