My wife purchased a 2009 Edge in 2012 through him and she was thrilled with Chris's approach towards selling her the car. Never pushy always a gentleman towards everybody. So when I needed a newer vehicle I contacted him to look for a F-150 2 wheel drive he delivered what I was looking for. He also rewarded me with a better than great deal on my trade-in. We were extremely impressed with Mike and Dan in terms of their knowledge of their product, their honesty and their ability to listen to what we wanted. They did not oversell or over promise. We have had routine service done on both vehicles and I was very impressed with the Klaben Service Department. Very professional and completed the service items in a very timely manner.
