Katy turned me on to quick lane. As long as I live in Kent, there will only be one place I take my vehicles to be serviced! Brian helped me with my boyfriend's Malibu. I recently had my F250 serviced at this dealership as i always do. When i returned home i noticed some small areas that were overlooked. I reported my findings in a review that was sent via email. Shortly thereafter, i received a call from a very apologetic service manager Sean Bradford who arranged to have me come back in the next day. I was met by my regular service advisor Kim Wolfram and Sean Bradford and they took it from there. These folks took care of a small problem in my eyes but not theirs and took care of it in a BIG way.
