Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone yesterday. As you know when you brought your vehicle back in yesterday we were unable to verify any of your concerns while you were present. We tried duplicating the concerns yesterday afternoon with the same results, everything working as designed at this point. We have reached out to Ford engineering explaining your concerns and simply asking if there is any known issue that we should be aware of and are currently awaiting their reply.
