Fast and Courteous I had my new 2017 Fusion in for a software update on my passenger side window. Joe at the service desk set up my appointment and said it would typically take 2-3 hours and scheduled a shuttle for me to the office the day of my appointment. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and had a shuttle waiting to take me to work. At that time, the service desk still anticipated a 2-3 hour job. I was pleasantly surprised that within an hour, my i was already back with my vehicle and the issue resolved. Thank you for your fast and courteous service!! More

Although the service was completed to my expectations the wait time for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. I am very happy to say that I have since returned for service at Quicklane and was VERY pleased with the service I received. My experience with Floyd Bowen was found to be pleasant, professional and positive. Floyd moved my vehicle through the various processes to complete the service required and kept me advised throughout. Floyd and Quicklane have renewed my confidence in their ability to provide the efficient and professional service I had become accustomed to in the past. Thanks for the great experience. More

very poor I was told at my last appointment that I need my brakes done, I received notices from Klaben that I needed to make an appointment for my brakes. I al I was told at my last appointment that I need my brakes done, I received notices from Klaben that I needed to make an appointment for my brakes. I also received a recall notice in the mail. I called and made an appointment for an oil change, brakes, and my recall. The lady on the phone making my appointment was preoccupied and not listening, but my appointment was made. I took my car in at 8 am and was told that the parts for the recall are not available yet. They were to call me for approval before working. At 12:30 I called them and my service person was at lunch, she called me back and said that my brakes were fine but listed 4 or 5 other items totaling $1400.00. I told her to just change the oil and not touch anything else. More
