Quick, courteous service I was looking for a new mechanic for my Ford Focus, and Sean suggested I come by to have someone take a look at my vehicle. I keep coming back because Dave is the absolute best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks he is selling and he makes the entire experience from start to finish an enjoyable one, which you cannot really say that about most dealerships. He doesn't just sell you a car and you never hear from him again. He checks back routinely to make sure you are satisfied with the car/truck you purchased and if I have any problems I can call Dave and he makes sure that any concerns or issues are taken care of right away. I can also say the same for the Service Department. They are efficient and courteous and always considerate of my schedule and I highly recommend Klaben's Service Department. The last time I was there for routine maintenance I worked with Mona. She was very courteous and went over in detail the work performed on my car. Another plus is the complimentary car wash which for me is a great perk and I sincerely appreciate it. What an incredibly Good Samaritan! Today I got a flat tire on 59 on the way to Target. I was able to pull into a Speedway, and as luck would have it, I ran into Doug and he offered to h Today I got a flat tire on 59 on the way to Target. I was able to pull into a Speedway, and as luck would have it, I ran into Doug and he offered to help me change my tire. I had a jack, a spare, but no wrench. Unfortunately, the wrench in his car didn't work for my tire, but not 15 minutes later, he came back with a wrench that worked!! He changed my tire for me in the pouring rain--it's not very often you come across such an amazing person who will take time out of their own day to do something like that.
