Got needed service done without an appointment. Lounge is ++ I needed service before going on a trip. I was impressed that the service was performed without an appointment. Eric informed me of the status of my vehicle all along the process. The customer lounge is awesome. Roomy, not cramped. Very nice place to wait on your vehicle while being serviced. I would strongly recommend when purchasing a Certified Pre Owned vehicle, to purchase the Lincoln Loyalty option. That has helped me keep down the cost of maintenance. More

Friend Indeed! My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped in without an appointment. Eric filled it with air but after I left the "low tire pressure" sign nev My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped in without an appointment. Eric filled it with air but after I left the "low tire pressure" sign never went off. I came back in 3 days later and the car tires were checked for leaks. There were none so the sensor was adjusted. I have very much appreciated Eric's skill, courtesy and willingness to take a "drop in"! More

Extremely disappointed I was never informed they could not take my drums off to check them! When I left the car started making a grinding noise from the back so I had to go I was never informed they could not take my drums off to check them! When I left the car started making a grinding noise from the back so I had to go back to the store. When I returned to the store they took the car back and 4 people came over and pounded on the car and could not get the drums off. That's when I was informed they could not take them off in the first place. They then tried to put bolts into the drums and could not get them off. When they were taking them out they broke one and then cut it off and never told me about that either. When I asked them about it and what they were going to do about it they said it would be okay!! They should have done something to take care of the extra things they broke off in my car !! More
