Carl - Thank you for your quick follow-up and follow through on everything we needed to get accomplished with this vehicle. Having a driver bring us a loaner and pick up our company vehicle really helped in making things easier for us since we are located almost an hour away, and getting the vehicle back within 24 hours was also a pleasant surprise. We appreciated your sincere concern of our needs; and getting things done expeditiously. We hope in the future should we have any more concerns or warranty requirements on the Transit that it gets handled in this manner. The complimentary service and full tank of fuel was a great addition to everything we needed done and eased the pain of the issues we had prior to your involvement.
