When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered a Service and customer relations were as I expected, excellent. When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered additional problems, the service department promptly (and accurately) informed me exactly what the problems were, the anticipated cost and since the repairs would take two (2) days to complete (due to a need to order parts),assisted me with a car rental, then promptly notified me when my car was ready. The work came in under estimate. They also assisted me by filing for the rebate I was due. More
