Not very pleased. I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour proc I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour process. Thats puzzling. I then dropped off my MKS for warranty work for a front parking sensor. When I finally received an update, at the end of the day, I was informed the sensor was ordered, needed to be painted and would be installed the following day. I needed the car my noon and informed the service rep of this. I didn't hear ANYTHING the following day. I called at 3:30pm and left a voicemail message. No return call. I called again at 5:15pm and was connected to another service rep. He didn't know the status of the MKS, said it was finally pulled up front and I could pick it up. I did pick up the car. I had NO rental car, which I am entitled to and for some reason my car was driven 2 miles while at the garage. I am not upset with Mona Crooks, my service rep. I AM tired of the POOR service of the technicians. Also, the lack of communication from the service department to the customer is ridiculous. More

Honest, helpful body shop service We have an older car that needs body work and it won't be covered by insurance. I needed advice from someone I trust so I asked Sales Manager Andy Be We have an older car that needs body work and it won't be covered by insurance. I needed advice from someone I trust so I asked Sales Manager Andy Bellian for a name. He recommended I talk to Steve in the body shop. I called him and explained our situation, that we didn't know if we should get the car repaired or salvage it. Steve invited us to bring the car in right away and within a day he called me with a very detailed list of options. We had taken it to other shops and the minimum estimate we had gotten was $4K; Steve broke down our options, beginning at $700. He patiently answered all of my questions and has gone above and beyond to put us on the right track. I'm very grateful to Andy for steering me to Steve and even more so to Steve for being generous with his knowledge. We are very pleased with the job his crew did. More
