Since my wife works in Kent, Klaben drove her to work and picked her up from work and back to the dealership when her car was ready. On a side note, I recently purchased a new Mustang from Klaben and had a small issue which their service department handled even though it was a couple minutes past their closing time. Mike went above and beyond what I expect in customer service. My family and I really enjoy the service department and refer others to the dealership. More

I dealt with other dealerships before this, even other Ford dealerships, but none of those previous dealerships even came close to the service and accommodation that Klaben provides. It's simply the best place around. They bend over backwards to get your car serviced, they work hard to get you the best deal and they're honest about what you need and the reasons for it. They don't try to snow you and they don't talk down to you, and they don't assume that because you're female you know nothing about cars or service needs, OR purchasing! I truly appreciated that. I can be confident when I leave the dealership that I've gotten the best deal in both car buying and especially servicing that car after the purchase. More

Automation and faster service and less wait time has improved over the years and the customer lounge makes the little wait easier to take. The service advisers are ready to work with you as soon as you pull into the service area and proceed to take all the cars vitals. I like it as it reminds me of going to the doctor where all the vitals are taken before you see the doctor and in this case Mona the service adviser. She is great and can check in and write up the prescription on the service required in minutes and I am off to the lounge for coffee and a cookie. I just wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else More

Best Service You don't have to wait long for an appointment. Everything is clean from the bay where you pull in, to the waiting room, and restroom. If they find something additional, I don't feel like they are just trying to get more money from me. They want my 2013 Ford Escape to be at it's best and to be safe. If they are involved with community activity, I am not aware of it. I don't live in the town where Klaben is located. More

Klaben assigns service advisors to each customer, and this service advisor is your point of contact throughout your ownership of the vehicle. I was assigned Anthony Wilson. Anthony did a great job explaining the process, and most importantly, delivering on what he told me. My only suggestion/recommendation, would be to have brochures of the current model cars in the waiting area. I was interested in reading/getting information on a vehicle, but was unable to do so since the sales area was not open at 7:30am. More
