Received a recall notice in the mail for my MKZ. Called and spoke with Jessica and she set up everything with no problems and the repair was made in my driveway 2 days later! My escape was due for an oil change, Rachael called me and asked if I wanted an appointment. She set me up to have the maintenance done at my home.... in Parma! While they were here the crew fixed a recal and asked if I wanted an appointment. She set me up to have the maintenance done at my home.... in Parma! While they were here the crew fixed a recall, rotated my tires, filled my washer tank and changed my oil. They also noticed my wiper blades were old and changed them too. Complete package service. I would recommend!! More
