The previous car was a wonderful MDX and now a stunning GLK350 for my wife. Each visit to Knauz has been a good experience. Our salesman for the Mercedes was Paul Kim. I found Paul to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a very suitable personality for his line of work. I appreciate his factual common sense no pressure style. After a fair negotiation on price we then worked with Mr. Vijay Zaveri on financing the car. I can't recommend this gentlemen highly enough. He was smart, gracious, and understanding of our needs. He was able to put together a deal for us that exceeded my expectations. Simply a superb gentleman to work with. I also want to thank Sam Greenberg for the wonderful assistance he provided my wife. He very quickly and professionally customized the vehicles settings for her. I really appreciate having a world class facility like Knauz in our area to do business with. We had difficulty figuring out how to understand some of the features. We called Knauz on Saturday afternoon and Sam drove to our home and programed the garage door. Sam asked if we had other questions and insisted on staying with us to show us how to work many of the features on the GLK. We are so impressed not only with his amazing knowledge of the car, but how patient and easy he made us feel, too understand all of the electronics. Sam, in our opinion, is Knauz's best asset.
