Usually car dealerships are an awkward dance of negotiating with someone you don’t trust. Sergey and Koeppel are the exact opposite. Seeing Sergey is like seeing an old friend. He always gets us exactly what we want (Crosstrek please!) while we catch up on his daughter and our kids lives. It’s an easy, relaxed and enjoyable experience every time.
