My hubbie and I were just going to do a first look at some new Broncos at Koons Ford Falls Church. You could say “research”. He answered all our questions honestly. and was able to find the exact color and model Bronco we were looking for. I felt like the moment we met Sean. and he shared how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle we knew we could trust him. He didn’t just give us a sales pitch, he was honest He wasn’t afraid to tell us the truth. even if it wasn’t the news we wanted to hear. he was professional and attentive. He listened to what we shared and worked quickly to find us what we wanted. He understood that we were not ready to make a purchase that day. and we needed to leave soon. to pick up our dogs from the groomers. But when he introduced us to the GM, Donovan, our browsing visit quickly changed to a buying trip.. Donovan cut to the chase. and gave us an offer we couldn’t refuse. No haggling, no xx, no pressure. The offer was too good to refuse. We couldn’t stay to complete the sale. and Donovan quickly said, “ No problem! We could do everything over the phone and have the truck delivered to you!” He even offered to help with getting upgraded tires. We were In-N-Out under two hours. We left in such awe. at how easy the whole process was. We were getting everything we wanted. including the trade offer. We had never had an experience like this at a dealership. Absolutely no buyers remorse. despite the quick turn of events. This is my first Ford. and I would definitely buy again from Sean and Donovan. And I don’t wanna forget to mention Ramone, The finance advisor. He walked us through our finance options. and got us through the process in under an hour We’ve bought several cars together over the last 30 years, and we’ve never had an experience so seamless. I drove all the way from Memphis, TN for a 2022 Ford Explorer xx I found online. Throughout the entire process from when I first found the car to when I picked it up, Hakeem, Alex, Marcello, and Ramon were always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. I picked up the car and while I was driving back home a factory defect took the car out of service. They covered my tow back to the dealership for the repair, the repair itself, and a rental car. Phuc and Russel were in communication about the status of the repair, and helped answer any of my questions and calm my nerves. Genuinely the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I would gladly make the drive again if they had a car I wanted.
