Finance manager refused to listen to my repeated requests to not sell me additional products. Also, he forced me to join (pay $20) a credit union in order to finance with them. Buddy Price was an exceptional salesmen. Finance manager was pushy but was acceptable. Had an issue with our credit union check that was supplied by our credit union and the manager of the d Finance manager was pushy but was acceptable. All in all the experience was extremely better than other dealerships I’ve been too! I recommend buddy price as a salesmen for all of your vehicle needs! More

purchased a 2020 ford expedition max and traded in my 2021 dodge Durango (needed a larger vehicle ) the Expedition has broken down and left myself and my children stranded on the side of the road THREE t 2021 dodge Durango (needed a larger vehicle ) the Expedition has broken down and left myself and my children stranded on the side of the road THREE times in the 6 month time frame l've owned the vehicle. There is no convincing me that the dealership was not aware of the powertrain & issues with the turbo charger when they sold me this vehicle. It is currently sitting at a dealership right now for the 3rd time. highly doubt Koons is willing to do anything to fix the fact that they sold us a vehicle with major existing problems. I can provide all of the info from Ford Pass showing every single issue l've had since purchase date. absolutely not acceptable More
