Hmm... I have the $2,700 in services you quoted me that I never asked for. Instead, I asked your dealership to specifically inspect my ball joints, tie rods and wheel bearings. None of that was checked out though. But I did receive a quote for nearly $3,000 in maintenance services I didn't ask for. In addition, this same quote had your dealership attempting to charge me $500 in labor to put on two lousy tires. When I informed your service rep that another tire business put on the exact same two tires for only $50 in labor and not the $500 quoted by Koons, his response was, "I don't make the labor prices I just work here." So it's nice that you're trying to claim I wasn't at your facility. I assure you I have records that I was which included quotes, phone calls and voicemails. Thanks for calling me a liar though. Very classy and right in line with the type of service I received from your dealership. So, points for being consistently terrible? You know what. I'll just contact a few local media outlets and I'll provide them with the two bogus quotes you gave me and then also give them this response from you as well. Journalist here btw, a working one. Let's see if we can get one of those local investigative I-team reporters to do a story on how a popular local dealership has a set in stone process of attempting to screw the public at large and then they double down on that screwing by claiming those who are smart enough not to get screwed by your dealership, are actually lying about coming in there. (which I'm not) I'm sure car service businesses that give out $3,000 bogus quotes in addition to quotes that include $500 in labor to mount two tires might interest these local I-Team reporters who are always itching to make an example out of some business. I'll save you the time in responding. Here's your response. "We have no record of you coming here and we're great, just ask us". Looking forward to some of that news coverage of Koons in White Marsh soon. This should be fun
