We went to Kundert Volvo 10:00am Tuesday May 31st.We walk in the door within 2 minutes a sale person greeted us. We told him we would like to look at the XC 60.The sale persons name was Tony Calderon, he explained and gave us a tour of 3 different cars on the show room floor.Tony made us feel warm and welcome.(No crazy sales pitch just good solid information on all three vehicles.Boy were we happy,so happy we purchased the C70 Volvo.My wife and I have been married for 30 years, leased and purchased many vehicles for our selfs and our two children.This was by far the easiest and most pleasant trip to a car dealer we had. I have been to too many different Volvo service centers and found that the place I originally bought my vehicle, a 2004 S60R, has been the most outstanding. I reside in Pennsylvania and I don't mind making the 70+ miles, 1.5 hours, just to get my car serviced by Mike Mazzaro and his excellent team. They've been able to pinpoint problems I've been finding while the other service centers would say that there was nothing they could find or it was normal operation of the vehicle, inferring that I don't know my own vehicle's performance or the noises it makes. The experiences were frustating as well as disappointing. I don't get that feeling servicing my vehicle Kundert Volvo Service Center and would recommend anyone who owns a Volvo to take it there. Mike Mazzaro and his team of mechanics are the only people I would ever entrust with my vehicle. More
