The best part is that she did all of this for us without us needing to come to the dealership except to pick up and drop off the car. She is very accessible, knowledgeable, and polite. Nick Truncellito, my salesman, was exactly what I wanted in a salesman. He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. Nick deals in the facts, doesn't try and force you into a decision and took me at my word. I asked him to get me the "real price the first time" and he did just that. I have bought and leased many cars in the past and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had. To those with not perfect credit-Nick and the GM went above and beyond to make sure that I was approved by the bank. My credit is fair but I have a decent income. They did what they had to do to make sure that I left with the car that I wanted at a fair price. More
