Great Customer Care!! We arrived at this dealership after driving two hours for an appointment to get a car from a different dealer. When we arrived at the other dealer (Le We arrived at this dealership after driving two hours for an appointment to get a car from a different dealer. When we arrived at the other dealer (Lewis Toyota) they had sold the car 20 minutes prior. We were very disappointed in that experience, since they knew we were coming for that car (especially from so far away), but headed to Laird Noller anyway- honestly in horrible moods. We were greeted by Rick Jackson, who was so understanding and never pushy. He helped us look around and only showed us cars we were actually interested in. He worked within our budget and even searched for cars at sister shops in other towns, where he would not have any compensation reason to do so. We ended up finding our perfect car from him and they worked out an amazing deal with us. We also worked with the manager, Christian, at the store on Kansas and the financial manager- all of whom were extremely helpful, never pushy, and so kind. Even though this dealer was two hours away, we have already recommended them to several friends who are car shopping. We will be working with them exclusively for all of our future car needs. Stephanie and the rest of the Laird Noller Team made this experience a great one because of how willing they were to work within my budget, they asked personable questions (showing they cared about my experience and not just my business), how they allowed us our space to talk, were willing to negotiate and overall just keep our comfort level fair high throughout. She introduced me to the manager, Morgan, who was also extremely personable and straight forward with us. Further accommodating what we were looking for. The whole team explain every step and why it was beneficial and also went through hoops/added benefits such as a free car wash just to show their appreciation. Things like that are hard to come by at most places in this industry, but seemed to be standard operating procedure for Stephanie and Laird Noller. Would definitely recommend Steph and the rest of Laird Noller to anyone interested in a new vehicle! More

Slow, incomplete and open ended. I arrived, addressed my concerns and questions. Parts department didn’t have definitive answers for me. I was told “we’ll get it taken care of real quick.” 1-1/2 hours later I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, my tuner was left unplugged, my keypad code wasn’t presented to me and my seat was dirty. It was an overall bad experience. I suppose I’ll search for another Ford dealership within 100 miles even, that will and can provide better service than Laird Noller Ford of Topeka. Service staff was short and rude, parts department seemed uneducated and uninterested. All in all, terrible service. More

Amazing!! I was In Topeka for training and had auto problems. The service department got it fixed the same day even with being short staffed.
