Fantastic response time and excellent help I called at approximately 8:20 with my car issue. The tester at home was showing I needed a new alternator. I received caring, supportive assistance I called at approximately 8:20 with my car issue. The tester at home was showing I needed a new alternator. I received caring, supportive assistance on the phone. I was set up for a 9:45 appointment so I could head directly to the dealership (we live out of town). But, I was also transferred to another person that made sure the part was in stock and on the shelf. After arriving I was treated well and provided an excellent place to work on my computer so I was able to get some of my work accomplished away from the office. Then, when it ended up not being the alternator, they provided me with the result of the diagnostic review and allowed me to determine if I wanted to move forward with a new battery. I was so very thankful for the team at Ford and the quick response in getting me back on the road. More
Terrible customer service I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were worki I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were working away at their computers and it took about 4-5 awkward minutes before I was even acknowledged! Then when I picked the car up in the afternoon, I got the exact same treatment. I was then directed to see the cashier, so I walked up and she was taking some notes and it took her a good minutes to minute and a half to finish her notes, stuff them in a file and then ask how she could help me. No, “I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. I am sure she was aware I was there. Then I was given a receipt and sent back to the service center where someone would bring my car to me. It took nearly 10 minutes for my car to be brought to me, although I could see it parked just outside the doors and I could have easily walked to it and moved forward with my day. Terrible experience!! Avoid the service department at all costs unless you enjoy rude employees and bad customer service. More

regular service They were great and even had someone to drive me home, and pick me up when it was done. Heck the only other thing they could have done was vacuum and wash it (that is a joke!). They did fine and gave me explanations for each thing. And the charge was reasonable. More
