As an example of "organization": the "Select up to 10 employees you worked with:" section of this survey only listed ONE of the three people I had contact with and the "contact" appeared to be a canned email sent to automatically. I found MUCH better customer service with two dealerships out west in Abilene and Salina. Eventually purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition EL Limited from one of them. It seems to me it's pretty sad to think I had to drive over a 100 miles from Topeka to find a dealer that was interested in taking care of me when I couldn't get anybody interested in my own home town. After purchasing my new (used Expedition) and driving it back to Topeka I wanted to purchase an extra intelligent key fob from Laird Noller Ford in Topeka. It took almost 3 hours to get that done and the vehicle sat in their service shop with the keys hanging on the board until someone finally asked me what I was waiting on! That did it for me! If I can avoid having to use Laird Noller Ford in Topeka for service I will make every effort to obtain service elsewhere. Overall, Laird Noller in Topeka is a D- for me. Which takes into account both sales AND service. Naturally I don't expect to hear a word out of them after this evaluation and expect it to go right into the "circular file".....but I feel better now. More

Poor Service Was told the recall work would take a maximum of 2 hours, ended up being 3.25 hours. Then when I received the truck back the radio features; radio, back up camera, phone connection were not working! so had to turn around and spend another 15 minutes while they took it back into the shop and figured out what the new issue was. Will take the truck elsewhere if it has to have any other recall work performed!! More

Misleading practices. Mislead me, chose $ over “Military Support”. Told me they were giving me a great offer, in support of the military, at about 6 pm. Sold the car before 10 am the next day to someone else, before I could accept the offer. Did not call to give me choice, did not reply to messages, just let me know once I finally called them that they’d gone ahead and sold it to someone else. More
