Foot fill expectancies. Found the problem and fixed it. Had to bring it a second time for a leak. got fixed as well and every thing looks good till now. Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Then being told 10 more minutes that turns into 35. Also $48 for wiper blades when website says $24.
