The interior was a bit dirty and the windshield fluid was low that the warning light was on and I put almost a full gallon of fluid in when I got home. More

I asked for them to check some things and they didn't do it. My ABS, Traction Control and Airbag lights were still on despite them saying they'll look into it. Made an appointment 4 days in advance to get a shock absorber replaced that was leaking under warranty that they had to order. They call me back said it's in stock let's do the job on Monday morning, on absorber replaced that was leaking under warranty that they had to order. They call me back said it's in stock let's do the job on Monday morning, only to have to wait 1 and 1/2 hour for them to run crosstown to go get the shock absorber that they said they had in stock. Update, worked out a resolution with the service manager to my complete satisfaction. More
