Never received list of work done or receipt for the payment. I was told it will be emailed to me. Still do not have it. I was told when I dropped vehicle off that service advisor will call ma by mid payment. I was told it will be emailed to me. Still do not have it. I was told when I dropped vehicle off that service advisor will call ma by mid day when I can come and pick up the truck. By 1:00pm no one called. When I followed up I was told they did not even start working on it. Truck wa there for oil change. I told them that I need the truck and if they cannot get it done by 5:00pm to not bother doing anything to it that I was going to pick it up and take it elsewhere. I received call at 4:55 telling me that it was done. Communication and commitment to service is not what I expected. I also had some collision damage repaired by Lake Ford that required three trips to get it done properly and 2+weeks to get something that they originally quoted me 3 days More

Always polite and easy to deal with. Was a bit miffed however when I was told the previous visit that I needed rear brakes and on my most recent visit was told they are OK! We have been using Lake and it's predecessor, Braeger Ford, for 20 years for servicing our business fleet. Service is always quick and pricing is fair.
