The appointment was honored at the correct time. I waited on my service 30k maintenance. The waiting area was clean and presentable. There is a free coffee bar and TV for those so inclined. The service manager explained in detail what was done a on my vehicle. My Tiguan was washed and waited for me out front for an easy exit. It couldn't get any better. Disgusted with the service. Had it in 12/26 for oil change and tire rotation. Took home and did not drive till Tuesday 1/3. Oil light came on and thought maybe it just wasn’t t Had it in 12/26 for oil change and tire rotation. Took home and did not drive till Tuesday 1/3. Oil light came on and thought maybe it just wasn’t topped off. Put in a quart in and drove again on Thursday 1/5 and Tuesday 1/8. Oil light came back on. I called and they said to bring it in the next day. Told them it was either the filter or drain plug. 4 hours later I bring the car home and parked outside to check the garage floor, it’s carpeted but no longer. Most if not all the quart had soaked through and spread. $30 worth of concrete cleaning agent baking soda and two hits I managed to get the oil up but the floor is stained. Backed the car in and it was not moved till today 1/13. More oil dripping from a lousy job of cleaning the underside of the vehicle. More

Service was done in our car and after many days and no one call us to let us know. Finally when we call the dealer the receptionist didn't know where was our car.
