The technician wanted to charge me for every single thing. Even things that I’ve brought my car in for in the past. I was able to google and fix the Apple car play myself. I thought my warranty was 75k thing. Even things that I’ve brought my car in for in the past. I was able to google and fix the Apple car play myself. I dropped my car off for a 9:30 pip change appt. and it was not ready until 4pm! The car wash looked like my 8 year old son washed it. I have had my radio go out on my 2018 Atlas. These guys took care of all the recalls, gave me a loaner and ordered a radio.
