Kaitlyn told me to come in on one day specifically and did not schedule an appointment. Then made me wait 2 days to receive my car back knowing I am 9 months pregnant. The purchase of the vehicle was very simple and pleasant. Having said that, vehicle had a problem with the hand-free mic. I spent more than 5 hours waiting to be fix and they were unable to do it. When I arrived at the service department. I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me. He took me anyway I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me.
