I had car towed to Christian Brothers and job of repairing clutch and fly wheel totalled $3300. Your dealership are a bunch of charletons. I will never bring my car there for repairs again. BTW, how commission does service writers get on repairs? More

Service center communication is terrible. I request my phone number changed since previous number belonged to my spouse who couldn’t answer calls, nothing changed. I received review of service toward the end of the day Tuesday, and I did approve sections at the end of the day on Monday. Wednesday, I called service center, and no one could provide me with a clear answer for my diagnostics or the reasons behind the diagnostics and no response when the car was done. Thursday, I had to call back in the morning to get an update again in the evening, when I called then they told me car was ready. This is not the first time this happened. Clearly team have very lack of communication with the customer. Ver disappointing and I might not take the car back there for my services. More

This service department was incredibly unprofessional. Staff tried to diagnose my car without even checking it, gave me incorrect information, and became combative when I questioned anything. One concern I had with my last visit was my tires were not rotated as scheduled because the service technician said that after measuring the tread depth of my tires, being that the depths were good, my tires did not need to be rotated. My understanding is that tires naturally wear unevenly (e.g., front vs. rear, inside vs. outside), so rotating them moves them to different positions to ensure all four wear down at a similar rate, keeping tread depth uniform. This was the first time I ever heard that. More

Very Disappointed With the Service Department I brought my car to VW Lakeland and clearly explained several issues, including the ongoing start/stop problem. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, they focused only on the most expensive repair and ignored the other concerns. My car still has the same start/stop issue, and nothing was done about it. I gave VW Lakeland another chance, but it feels like nothing has changed. The service department still seems more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problems I bring in. Unfortunately, I’m left with the same impression as before a dishonest and unhelpful dealership. I won’t be returning. More
