The only reason I have to go there is because I have the bad idea to get a VW , and this is the only place around thta will srvice VW, nobody wants to work in this cars, beside that I trust the lady that wo bad idea to get a VW , and this is the only place around thta will srvice VW, nobody wants to work in this cars, beside that I trust the lady that work there as an advisor, thru the years this people have make many mistake in my car , I do not trust their technician or the shop supervisor but unfortunately I do not have a choice , they way overpriced, and they are constantly getting new people , do yourself a favor and do not get a VW and if you do do not go to this place.My experience with VW has been a nightmare, I spent thousands of dollars in a Lemon and they wouldn't do anything to help once you are out of warranty. GET A TOYOTA OR HONDA FORGEY ABOUT VW!!!! More

I took our 2024 Atlas in for the factory service that was due. Very easy to schedule and when I arrived Matthew was nothing but amazing to work with. Got me in on the same day for unscheduled oil change which was great. However it took me 2.5 hours to get back my car with 2 people ahead of me. 30 min of which I was waiting for someone to bring me the which was great. However it took me 2.5 hours to get back my car with 2 people ahead of me. 30 min of which I was waiting for someone to bring me the keys when it was finished. The keys were just sitting on the cabinet for 30 mins...I appreciated the free car wash however. I recommend setting up a system for when the car is finished a person is insuring it's delivered to the driver instead of sitting there. More

Lakeland VW is my go-to for vehicle care! Staff are personable, patient and knowledgeable. If they don't have an immediate answer, they get one and never leave me hanging! Repairs and general maintenance of my vehicle is stellar, not to mention they wash it before I arrive to pick it up. I always trust that my vehicle is in good hands! I highly recommend!
