Very Disappointed With the Service Department I brought my car to VW Lakeland and clearly explained several issues, including the ongoing start/stop problem. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, they focused only on the most expensive repair and ignored the other concerns. My car still has the same start/stop issue, and nothing was done about it. I gave VW Lakeland another chance, but it feels like nothing has changed. The service department still seems more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problems I bring in. Unfortunately, I’m left with the same impression as before a dishonest and unhelpful dealership. I won’t be returning. More

Comstantly missed deadlines and provided in aacurate timelines. Failed to complete all recalls during teo seperate appointments requiring a third where we were told more recalls needed to be corrcted timelines. Recalls that were not new but should have been completed the two previous time. Most of the staff is cluess on what is happening with the vehicles in the service center. Slow maintenance and extremely poor communication with me as a customer. More

The service was easy to schedule, and the information was clear. Ashleigh was nice and helpful from the very first contact. Tip off, cheat, liars. ..they service dept was a joke! They lied about what they did. The service manager said prob was diagnosed by them 'SMELLING" what the n problem was , ..they service dept was a joke! They lied about what they did. The problem was NOT as the SNIFFED IT OUT TO BE!I told them it was slave cylinder..they said clutch and tried to charge me 900 to diagnose problem and its under factory warranty! They said non covered repair, but never touched it to actually find out! They smelled! Really? Had service guy not taken off work the one day...I would have found out I was lied to about car snd the 900 charge!!! Was he trying to pocket the cash?? Car still not fixed..and I will not take it back there even if that means walking for another 3 months! These people are a joke! Criminal! More

HAD ANITHER GARAGE DIAGNOSE it...and still NOT repaired! HIS SENSE N OF SMELL IS WAY OFF! It was what we told him..slave cylinder..NOT clutch. He could SMELL clutch...then told me 900 bill..not covered! They never even LOOKED! He simply SNIFFED! Had he mot been off work the one day..I wouldn't have found out what a lying cheat xxx this guy was. And all of this and my car is still not repaired! I guess I will bring it in and abandon it on YOUR lot! More
