Unscrupulous. Diagnostics clearly showed clutch needed replaced. I was told diagnostics test was $199. Then I was toid engine had to be pulled - another $900. I had researched and to repair clutch, engine would have to be pulled anyway. Final price - around $5000! I had car towed to Christian Brothers and job of repairing clutch and fly wheel totalled $3300. Your dealership are a bunch of charletons. I will never bring my car there for repairs again. BTW, how commission does service writers get on repairs? More

Service center communication is terrible. I dropped my vehicle on Tuesday morning to the service center, and I requested diagnostics on the car which technician explained car will not return I dropped my vehicle on Tuesday morning to the service center, and I requested diagnostics on the car which technician explained car will not return till next day which I understood. I request my phone number changed since previous number belonged to my spouse who couldn’t answer calls, nothing changed. I received review of service toward the end of the day Tuesday, and I did approve sections at the end of the day on Monday. Wednesday, I called service center, and no one could provide me with a clear answer for my diagnostics or the reasons behind the diagnostics and no response when the car was done. Thursday, I had to call back in the morning to get an update again in the evening, when I called then they told me car was ready. This is not the first time this happened. Clearly team have very lack of communication with the customer. Ver disappointing and I might not take the car back there for my services. More

This service department was incredibly unprofessional. Staff tried to diagnose my car without even checking it, gave me incorrect information, and became combative when I questioned anything. The mechanics seemed inexperienced and immediately pushed the most expensive repairs—plus extra add-ons my car didn’t need. If you’re not already knowledgeable about cars, be careful. You’ll likely end up overpaying for work that isn’t necessary. I would not trust or recommend this place. More
