I've been to lakeland voltswagon 3 times for ac issues first app was blower motor when I got car back still wasn't blowing correctly I let them know 2nd time was valve in ac , them 3rd time we took it bac first app was blower motor when I got car back still wasn't blowing correctly I let them know 2nd time was valve in ac , them 3rd time we took it back and they said it was vent motor after paying over $800 first 2 times they wanted us to pay another $600 to fix that problem More

I brought my used 2016 VW GTI in for a noise in the right front suspension. After an inspection it was found that the factor shipping blocks were still installed in the front suspension. They could have told me that parts were needed to correct the issue but Jonathan (service manager) fixed the issue with a minimal service charge. GREAT SERVICE!!! More
