Great Service Jonathan has been my service advisor the last couple times I’ve been in, but everyone over there is great. Lyndsay is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, welcoming, caring, easy to talk to and always has a smile on her face. Every time I go to dealership I schedule an appointment with her because I know that she is helpful and she listens to me about what work I want done on the car and never pushes me to get more work done. It feels like a highly personalized experience which is a nice feeling. I also really like her because she always explains all the work that is going to be done on the car before it even gets onto a lift and after as well just to make sure all the work was done that we agreed on. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fantastic service specialist at Lakeland Volkswagen. More

GOOD SERVICE, UNCOMFORTABLE WAITING AREA waiting area for service not comfortable. Only 2 padded chairs which were very old and uncomfortable. Kids screaming in one so we went to another one and were comfortable. They had free water, coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Free cookies and snacks. TVs on different stations in each room. Very comfortable overstuffed chairs. The people were nice and the service was good but the wait was uncomfortable. More
