My trade was appraised by the serial number, my new car was in stock, they FedEx the paperwork, they even delivered my new car to New Orleans and took my trade back to Dallas. I went back to home town the day I dropped off and felt completely comfortable leaving my Lambo in their hands. They were GREAT start to finish and everything went as planned! When you are buying a higher end car sight unseen, you need to rely on the sales consultant to give you the straight scoop. When the car arrived is was exactly how John had described it - no surprises. John gave me an initial shipping estimate, but when the actual cost came in $200 less he passed the savings along to me.
