Mike D at Lambo Dallas is best sales guy ever! I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I don't have a good opinion of sales people. Mike D breaks that model for me! I have just purchased my second car from him and while yes the cars represented at Lambo D are top notch, Mike's attitude and way of dealing with me is PERFECT! Ask him a question, for additional information, or go to bat for you and he does it! Mike answers his phone, his e-mails, always and never once pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go. Super nice, super helpful and gave me the time to make my decision. I'm not stupid rich so I protect every dollar and have to feel right about what I'm doing when I make a high dollar purchase. IF I were Mike I'd think I was crazy with all the questions I ask, and the hemming and hawing I do before I finally just go for it. I already told Mike I hope to be back in 2-3 years with another trade up interest and will definitely do business with him and Lambo D! More

they treated me like i was buying a new car, not used;) i bought a used gallardo from these guys, it was a hard negotiation but in the end the price was really good, then i couldn't have it shipped until i i bought a used gallardo from these guys, it was a hard negotiation but in the end the price was really good, then i couldn't have it shipped until i sold my ferrari as i had to free up garage space, and they were kind enough to store it for free for THREE MONTHS, then they treated me as if i had bought it new for $250,000, rather than used for $125,000, which is really unusual as normally dealerships, even exotic ones, treat the new car sales customers much better than used bc they make more $ off of them, john hrad was very fair, nice and knew a lot about the car, i had a preinspection done and picked up a minor problem with the convertible top, so they immediately fixed it, no questions asked, they also agreed to replace all filters and top up all fluids, even after delivery they were kind enough to walk me through the car's controls, etc, so just a FANTASTIC STAFF AND EXPERIENCE, no wonder why they are one of the highest-rated lambo dealers in the COUNTRY, i should also mention sales manager louie bonsukan was also very nice and fair which is not always the case with sales managers:) More
