We took our vehicle in for service, it had been scheduled for at least a month, they knew why we were bringing it in. We live a good distance from the dealership and a loaner was not available for us. Parts for at least a month, they knew why we were bringing it in. While it was there, there was other diagnostics performed that cost us and we asked for none of that to be done. We also purchased a very good warranty when we purchased our vehicle from them and was puzzled to see the charges. When we picked up the vehicle we were able to talk to a sales rep, who was very kind and helpful and was going to look into the warranty and a refund for us. Once we were home we double checked all our purchasing information and we should have had a $0 deductible for services provided. In the meantime, my husband received an email to leave a review, he did. He left a one star review on the service department, which is reflective when you look at it. I received a phone call within 30 minutes of his review, I didn't answer the first call due to an unknown number and being at work, the same number called again within 4 minutes the number was calling back. I decided to answer in case it was an emergency. It was the sales rep he talked to the night we picked the car up calling about her one star review that my husband left her (he did not leave a one star for her). She was persistent to know why he did that and I had to tell her 2 times that I had no idea about a review being left and that we were both at work. She wanted my husbands number to call him and I refused, he was at work and didn't need a phone call. I do feel that it was very unprofessional to make that phone call to a customer, especially since it did not happen. More
I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak that was covered under my extended warranty. I have a $0 deductible, and yet it still cost me over $300. Never really got a answer as to why. UPDATE. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Walser Automotive, specifically with the service department. For nearly two months, I attempted to contact the service department to address an ongoing iss Automotive, specifically with the service department. For nearly two months, I attempted to contact the service department to address an ongoing issue with my vehicle (the vehicle only had 5,000 miles on it at the time). Despite multiple phone calls and messages, my calls were not returned, making it extremely difficult to get the problem handled in a timely manner. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. When the vehicle was finally serviced, it was returned to me with the same issue still unresolved, requiring additional visits for the same problem. This should not happen, especially with a newer vehicle and a dealership that claims to prioritize customer service. Reliable communication and competent repairs are basic expectations, and unfortunately, Walser Automotive fell short in both areas. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Walser Automotive to others. More
