I got a new set of tires at Landers Toyota. We thought that the 285s were going to fit my Tacoma, and the tire guy said that if they did not, I had his word that they would special order in the We thought that the 285s were going to fit my Tacoma, and the tire guy said that if they did not, I had his word that they would special order in the 265s the next day. It was a close fit, but the tires rubbed enough that I was uncomfortable, and so Landers Toyota honored their word, took that set of tires off, ordered in a new set, and installed them for no extra cost. I definitely appreciate working with a service department that will honor their word and make sure a job is done right! Thank you guys. More
