Brought Tundra TRD Pro in for check engine light, trailer brake warning, crash sensor error. They were more concerned with getting an extra $130 out of my pocket for an alignment than dealing with the import brake warning, crash sensor error. They were more concerned with getting an extra $130 out of my pocket for an alignment than dealing with the important issues that I brought the truck in for!!! They made sure they did the alignment and got my cash but put the warranty repairs on the back burner, even though I purchased the top tier service warranty package. Also just to mention this is a Toyota Certified vehicle!! They told me there was a misfire on cylinder 5 and that was causing all the system warning lights. They told me they would have to break the engine down to repair it. The funny thing is a day later the lights are all off and the truck is running fine. No one has followed up with me about my issues nor to see if I am still in need of help!! I am just not sure what sort of bracket they are trying to run but they definitely got the out-of-pocket expense that they were looking for. My truck only has 20,000 miles yet they said I had unusual tire wear which I cannot see and convinced me that I need a wheel alignment. I feel very much taken advantage of by this service department!! I do not believe my husband would have received the same treatment if he had brought the truck in!!! More
