I had an awesome experience from start to finish. From there the salesman was very involved and was sincere about addressing any of my questions or concerns about the vehicle. The thing I appreciated the most is that he was honest and didn’t try to church up the vehicle in any way. I literally sent a deposit after he sent me the additional pictures and information I had asked for then drove 800+ miles in one direction to pick up the vehicle. Zero confusion or surprises when I got there. I’m by no means new to the automotive industry and I can say that if more dealerships were ran like Steve Landers Toyota, NWA there’d be a lot more happy customers. The 2002 4Runner made the 800+ mile trip home without any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend buying from this dealership and even though I live so far away, I intend to again. More
