I bought a 2006 Toyota Highlander a few days ago. I was very happy with my car buying experience at Steve Landers Toyota. Great follow up on all our questions I would like to appreciate all of the Landers team we worked with at the dealership with a special call out to Juan and Robert. They listened to all I would like to appreciate all of the Landers team we worked with at the dealership with a special call out to Juan and Robert. They listened to all our concerns and questions and had a real sense of urgency in getting answers. Even after our purchase we had more follow up needed and they were there for us and helped with making everything right. Thanks to Seth in service too. We especially appreciate that Landers does not make a new car customer sign a binding arbitration agreement like some dealerships, this was a big selling point for us. Robert and Chase were transparent and very helpful on details of the documents we signed. This is our first Toyota and we are pleased with our purchase and will recommend Juan and Robert to friends and family. Thank you! More
