misogynistic. liars. Sean was ok and personable, however, when it came to financials this was anything but a pleasant experience. The billing men are quite misogynistic and disrespectful. I felt fully taken advantage of. I was lied to multiple times, the one making me the most angry was I specifically stated to not run my credit to more than 2 banks and was told that would not be a problem. Of course they did FIVE hard inquiries and when confronted Caleb brought in race, quoted Donald Trump, and gender. I was shaking I was so angry and made to feel like my concerns were not valid concerns. Having been there over 4 hours and was not getting anywhere with these pigs I left. Also, after signing over my loan to my car I traded in low and beyond I was still being charged for my car payment on a car I did not own anymore. I have been asking for a month what to do to get my money back and keep getting told different things. Still have not received it. I will never send someone to this dealership ever. Disappointing. More

Rough checkin Greeted at checkin by a friendly and polite staff and directed to service technician, then another and finally a third tech. Had to say what I was there for 3 separate times. Ridiculous when I had called for the appointment and told what I needed beyond regular service. Checkout went smoothly though. That is the reason for only a 4 star rating. More

Steve Landers Toyota helps us to see that our baby stays regular by reminding us via text messages and phone calls of when it’s service appointments are due. During this last oil change visit, our Sercice Tech, Seth Snyder, discovered a headlight problem and got his team to make the repair to fix the problem while our baby was there! We highly recommend this dealer if you would like to have a team of true professionals to take good care of your baby! More
