Spent over $1200 in optional repair work and car didn't even make it the 4 mile trip home because shop did not make sure car worked adequately after repair was done. Had to have it towed in myself for the even make it the 4 mile trip home because shop did not make sure car worked adequately after repair was done. George Henderson is without a doubt one of the best cars rep out there. My fiancé and I recently went to Larry H Miller Toyota on Bell Rd in Peoria, AZ with hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. George rep out there. My fiancé and I recently went to Larry H Miller Toyota on Bell Rd in Peoria, AZ with hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. George and his team went above and beyond to help us meet our needs and worked with us every step of the way. He was incredibly up front and honest with us when discussing the best options for us and even worked with us until close. There was no rush to buy a vehicle that night and he even encouraged us to think it through and discuss it with the family if we needed more time. We ended up going home that night to think it over and even researched more vehicles online. We found a new 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback that we really enjoyed the look of and came back to ask George what the chances were of purchasing a new hatchback vs a used one. Again he was up front and honest with us and sat my fiancé and I down to discuss our options. George fought incredibly hard for us to get the vehicle that we wanted and was able to help us get a new hatchback at an amazing price. It blew us away on how much they were able to help us save and I would recommend them 100 times over in a heartbeat. We would also love to give a shout out to George’s manager, Adam Marinaccio, and Phil Bartlett from financing, as they were a big part in helping us to get the best deal possible. We went to Larry H Miller Toyota in Peoria AZ on Thursday 4.15.21 and met up with George Henderson. We originally went to look for a Toyota Tacoma and found a used one at a great price. George went above and beyond to try and help us get the Tacoma but with my credit the likelihood of getting it at a fair price was slim to none. George did show me another option which was a used 2017 Toyota Corolla hatchback that would fit within my price range but I wasn’t completely sold on the car and neither was my fiancée. The car was fine but we weren’t a fan of the previous owners design choices. George however was honest and absolutely amazing that first day and spent up until close walking us through all of our options and even told us if we needed time to think it over to do so and not jump into it right away. We then went home and looked into the 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback that we really liked the look of and came back Saturday 4.17.21. I asked George how impossible would it be to get a new hatchback rather than the used. Again he was up front and honest and sat me and my fiancée down and worked out all of our options. Let me tell you, George fought hard for me and never gave up on me even with my bad credit he was able to help us out to get the new hatchback at an amazing price and it blew me away at how much they were able to help us save. Adam Marinaccio in financing was also so incredibly helpful and I know without his help as well we wouldn’t have been able to get such a great deal. I really want to drive home a point that George was one, if not the best cars salesman I’ve ever met and I’ve had a bad experience in the past with dealerships but he was up front and honest with me the entire time. He was transparent with me on all decisions and at the end of it all he was more like family than a sales rep. If you want to go to just buy a car that’s fine but if you want to buy a car, enjoy every minute doing that and make a friend who will help you every step of the way, then go to George Henderson.
