Let the buyer beware I was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner after the sales was final. Robin Conant is included in this complaint only as he was present. He should not be held responsible for his Managers actions. Once in finance I was led to believe that I would be getting a refund and indeed received the refund, but was later notified that I owed the refunded amount. David Abarca was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a sales situation. He even accused me of being an imposter, that I wasn't the person who purchased the vehicle. If I wasn't treated so disrespectful by him, it would be comical. More
