Having purchased my Prius in another part of town, and then moving so much farther north, I was concerned about switching dealerships for maintenance and service. It has worked out well in spite of my fears. My personal service representative Mike Moore is great, has my car's record quickly at-hand, and gives good advice. I have never felt ripped off by them, which I used to worry about when dealing with car dealerships. Keep up the fantastic work!! More
