Dropped my car off @ 7:30am and got a lift to work with Brenda’s help. In the afternoon Rick notified me my vehicle was ready. Called Brenda and she picked me up from work. Drove out in a n I went to the dealership on a whim to find out how much it would cost to turn my 2017 2wd Tacoma TRDOR into a 2018 4wd Tacoma TRDOR. Drove out in a new one. Dealt with Quin the entire time I was there. After talking for a few minutes he suggested a couple of Tacomas that might be what I was looking for, the second one I looked at was perfect. After that it was just working out the details. In the end I think I got a fair amount for my trade-in and a good price for the new truck. Great experience. More

When asked if I wanted the extended warranty I said No. Didn't want or need it.. gentleman was friendly. knowledgable and earned my trust. Unfortunately I let my guard down. After manipulation of figures and continued sales pitch I was given impression the warranty price would be $200.+ change. I said ok just to move on. After gettin home and reading contract I find I was charged over $2000 for a warranty that I didn't want, need, or probably never use. More

They have made us feel welcome from our very first visit. This last visit was for the 20,000 mile check-up. I was greeted by a gentleman who told me that Amanda Whelan (The Service Writer) would be with me shortly. Amanda came over in a few minutes and was very polite. She got my information to check me in. She explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. The whole service operation seems to run very smoothly. I would highly recommend Larry Miller Toyota. More
