TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPT. Our Toyota Tacoma went in for service yesterday at Larry Miller. What is usually a bit of a chore turned out as an exceptionally good experience. The staff was both polite and competent/ the work was performed well and on schedule/ the technicians did a thorough inspection and made meaningful recommendations for future service/ the waiting area was clean, pleasant and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Perfect! I have previously used Toyota of Surprise, but the service experience there was dismal. It's worth the drive to get work done at a superior dealership, i.e., Larry Miller. More

Overall experience was great from making the appointment to dropping the car off everyone is extremely helpful. Work was completed as promised by Shakoda.
