I really like the Highlander, the sales guy & finance guy have great personalities & we’re very helpful. Being this was a used car. I do still feel I did not get the best deal. But it is what it is. The FTC is determined to make you guys a 5 star dealer even if you dont want to be. Forcing your customers to pay $200 for nitrogen for tires is predatory in nature. $200 for wheel locks and these aren't even if you dont want to be. Our original quote never had a window etching system included, they decided to add this afterwards which again, was not an option a customer could remove. Then we see it on the car and it is a sticker. That's right a sticker that can be peeled up. 2 stars because the people we worked with were nice, but predatory and not transparent the way pricing structure breaks down. More
