The place is clean and I appreciate the Service Department Advisors that I have met. My Advisor is Parker and if he doesn't have an immediate answer for me he goes and gets one. Two hours after my scheduled oil change appointment, they advised me my car hadn’t been worked on yet, but assured me I was next in line. I specifically asked when I arrived about wait times because I had to advised me my car hadn’t been worked on yet, but assured me I was next in line. I specifically asked when I arrived about wait times because I had to pick up my child at school and they said hour and a half, tops, for my vehicle to be ready. Additionally, they provide conflicting information because they assured me oil changes were every 10k miles under Toyota Care, but now that I am a paying customer, they’re instructing me to get it done every 5k miles and I really shouldn’t let it go past the 5k after assuring me the car was rated for 10k when it was under Toyota Care plan.
