The place is clean and I appreciate the Service Department Advisors that I have met. My Advisor is Parker and if he doesn't have an immediate answer for me he goes and gets one. I had a recall and they had the parts, they got me home and back again on their dime. Some dealerships get you home on their dime, but you must find a way or order your own ride. So far so good at Larry H Toyota and they gave me faith again in a dealership. More

Two hours after my scheduled oil change appointment, they advised me my car hadn’t been worked on yet, but assured me I was next in line. I specifically asked when I arrived about wait times because I had to advised me my car hadn’t been worked on yet, but assured me I was next in line. I specifically asked when I arrived about wait times because I had to pick up my child at school and they said hour and a half, tops, for my vehicle to be ready. Additionally, they provide conflicting information because they assured me oil changes were every 10k miles under Toyota Care, but now that I am a paying customer, they’re instructing me to get it done every 5k miles and I really shouldn’t let it go past the 5k after assuring me the car was rated for 10k when it was under Toyota Care plan. More
