Professional and Excellent Customer Service Came in for my 40,000 service on my 2016 Sienna, and went home in a mid 2019 Highlander thanks to the superior and professional customer service of Ro Came in for my 40,000 service on my 2016 Sienna, and went home in a mid 2019 Highlander thanks to the superior and professional customer service of Ron Rattray, his general manager and finance manager DeLuca (could be misspelled). Ron came to me sitting in the waiting room for my vehicle to be completed. He asked if I would consider trading in my Sienna for a new vehicle. I told him probably not as I truly liked my Sienna as it had all the bells and whistles and it was paid for. He showed me a new Limited Highlander with all the bells and whistles and asked me what it would take for me to drive it home that day. I told him. Ron and his general manager made it happen without any pressure. I am shocked as the efficiency they concluded the transaction. Bravo to all!! More

After I bought my 4Runner, I had a few things added to my vehicle. John is the expert in after sales add-ons, and he was fantastic. There were a few hiccups that were out of the service depts control, and John never faulted to get the job done. The owner Jay even got involved to ensure everything was taken care of. I took a day off for nothing...twice now! I live 2 hours away and have to take a day off to service my truck. Both times I have done this and come in for service they have not been able to tak I live 2 hours away and have to take a day off to service my truck. Both times I have done this and come in for service they have not been able to take care of me. This most recent time they simply didn't have a teck available to do the work after it had been there for 3 hours. There is no communicatoo n between the people answering the phones and the service writers. The service writers just blame others for the inconvenience instead of taking care of the customer. I am a guy who would rather pay more to have my vehicle serviced by tecks that train and work on Toyotas on a daily basis but because of the customer service here will never take my truck here for maintenance again. More

He was very informative, friendly, no pressure and extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure my daughter was happy while spending so much time waiting for me!
