Customer service depends on the service advisor Took my Prius in on 10/29. I was assigned Tim. He was dismissive of my problem initially because the vehicle currently wasn’t making the noise but sai Took my Prius in on 10/29. I was assigned Tim. He was dismissive of my problem initially because the vehicle currently wasn’t making the noise but said he’d have the guys take a look anyway. Appointment at 3pm and I wasn’t sure if they’d be keeping my car or not so i asked Tim to please let me know before they close tonight by 6. He said he’d have an answer before 5pm no problem. 5pm comes around and nothing. Haven’t heard back from Tim by 5:45pm so I call. After being on hold for awhile I spoke to Tim who said they couldn’t recreate the problem and I could come get my car tonight or they can try a cold start diagnosis the next day. Since I was already disappointed with working with Tim I just told him I’d come get it tonight. I have worked with a Todd before though and he is much better. I don’t think I’ll ever schedule an appointment with Tim again. More

I also like they offer snacks and drinks for those who choose to wait for their vehicle, as well as a shuttle service for those who don't wish to stay. Rick Emerson (service) is awesome, and Mel (shuttle), is delightful. More

Low scores are NO reflection on Jason, just the shuttle driver. More

Excellent service and response to problems Brought my car in for service and a part had to be ordered. Brought it back the next day when the part was received only to find out the wrong part wa Brought my car in for service and a part had to be ordered. Brought it back the next day when the part was received only to find out the wrong part was shipped. The dealership arranged for a part to be found locally and provided a loaner car at no cost. We were very happy with the dealer and service advisors response. We will definitely use them again. More
