It took over a month to replace the wrong size spare tire kit that was sold with the car, I stopped by twice a week and I was informed that it either wasn't in yet, not on order or not put together, not only kit that was sold with the car, I stopped by twice a week and I was informed that it either wasn't in yet, not on order or not put together, not only that I found out that there is no loyalty program, I bought a car new in 2019 and this year 2022 I wanted to upgrade and couldn't because my credit dropped, if there isn't an advantage to staying with the same dealer for future purchases then I will definitely buy somewhere else when my credit improves More
Had an oil change on April 15 2022 for my Kia Stinger GT2 and the technician left the oil drain plug loose. I happen to spot the oil puddle under my car at the DFW airport parking lot after coming back f GT2 and the technician left the oil drain plug loose. I happen to spot the oil puddle under my car at the DFW airport parking lot after coming back from travel for 5 days on the 22nd of April. Had no check engine lights on the 3 hour trip to Dallas. Had to return to the terminal, get a rental car, stay an extra night in Dallas while simultaneously scheduling a tow truck to tow my car to the nearest Kia dealership to fix their mistake. I saved them an expensive engine by not starting and running the engine. To make it right, they gave me 2 free oil changes...Not at all satisfied. More

Went in for a routine "recall" to have the fix applied, and mentioned a minor problem that I was having with tire pressure in one tire. Great job and great service, My KIA Soul is a 2015, with 64,000 miles on it, and zero problems through the years. Make oil and lube on the recommended schedule and that has been it. Couldn't be happier. Don't recall who worked on it but he was great. More

I called to inquire about using my warranty for my light. I was told yes bumper to bumper expires at 36,000 miles. I get there and mention using the warranty and turns out you cannot. The guy made me feel dumb like I was suppose to know this. Within the 10 years of having Kias this is my first time having a light issue.... or even an issue with my battery or car. He waived the labor fee but it wasn't the point. I was told something incorrect when I called and felt an attitude with the person who said he's never seen a light covered. I'm starting to think I need to find another Kia dealership even if it's a drive. I also I feel like I've been getting the run around for a car I'm having built and it was never even ordered. More
